Nancy DibDr. Nancy Dib is a NYS Licensed Psychologist, as well as a NYS Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D). Currently serving as the Chief Clinical Officer at The Arc Mid-Hudson, Dr. Dib is at the forefront of advancing clinical practices and fostering positive outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition to this work, Dr. Dib leads the clinic workgroup for The Arc New York, demonstrating her commitment to collaborative efforts in improving services statewide. As the Past President of the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis, she champions the advancement of evidence-based practices and advocates for the highest standards of care in behavior analysis. In addition to her work as a practitioner, Dr. Dib's professional background includes work as a clinical supervisor; she has mentored many behavioral health professionals in the field. Her dedication to education and professional development is evident through her contributions as a presenter at professional conferences and previous work as a published researcher and instructor at universities. Beyond these endeavors, Dr. Dib is also a proud member of multiple professional and community organizations, where she actively engages in initiatives aimed at enhancing the wellbeing of individuals and families throughout her community. |
